Danil Novikov: «We really want to make playoffs»

Danil Novikov speaks with Neftekhimik media about upcoming games and his KHL debut.
– This season you made your debut in the KHL. Despite the fact that you played a few shifts, it is a huge achievement. How did you feel?– I was excited! I would like to thank Oleg Leontyev (the head coach of Neftekhimik), the coaching staff, for giving me this chance, especially in the game against Ak Bars. Despite the short period of being in the Neftekhimik lineup, I became acquainted with all the guys. I quickly got to know all the guys. I am grateful for their support and their advice! The main thing is that I realized on what kind of things I have to work on, in order to play with them on the same level!
– What are your predictions for this season? Will Reaktor make playoffs?
– Of course, there are still chances to make playoffs. The main thing is that all the guys have to recover from the illness and be ready physically for upcoming games! You know, 14 games left, we have to get as much points as possible! We really want to make playoffs! Reaktor is an unpredictable team. So, we will try to do our best make our fans happy.
