Dmitry Semenyonok: «We had a good first period»

Reaktor defenseman Dmitry Semenyonok speaks with the media after following win over Ladya (8–5).
– We had a good first period: we capitalized on our chances and played well defensively. In the second period, we relaxed. That is not good; we need to improve. In the third period, we knew we had no choice but tdo our best. Luckily, that is what happened.– You scored two important goals in the third period from the slot. How did you manage to do that, being a defenseman?
– It was 4–on–4 back then. In those situations, our game changes; we try to pass as much as possible. It just so happened that during a positional attack, I ended up in the slot. A big thank you to the guys who contributed to both goals. I just had to put the puck in.
– For the second game in a row, the team lost its three–goal lead. Why?
– I would not say we always relax after a comfortable lead. There are always small things. For example, sometimes we concede absolutely ridiculous goals. After a conceded goal like that, the team's spirit drops a bit. Nevertheless, despite the difficulties, we find the strength to get back into the game.
