Reaktor head coach Igor Fyodorov talks about a 3–6 loss against Mamonty Ugry.
– We had a bad start. The worst part was that our forwards who started making mistakes, not the defensemen. In such a difficult game against a powerful, fast opponent, the forwards are required to do their best in defense. And you cannot give the opponent so many opportunities for counterattacks. The Mamonty build a lot on fast attacks, and we have giveaways after giveaways. Our pp did not play well. We could have squeezed something out of the power play. In principle, we had a great number of chances. I thanked the team for the third period. We did not give up, we scored two goals. Ilya Slepkov scored JHL goal. We should congratulate him. It was his goal that mobilized the team, drove it forward. No complaints about the goalies. We have a lot of mistakes in general, we still have a lot of mistakes. We will work on it in home games.
