Reaktor head coach Igor Fyodorov talks about a 3–2 win over Loko–76.
– It was a nervous game. A tough moment when the opponent took the initiative in the second period, when they quickly tied up the score. It did not break us.It did bot break us that we could not capitalize on the power play for a long time. It did not break us when at the beginning of the third period we were left with three players against five.
A game against a leader is always a test of character. We showed such character at the end: Raul Yakubov skated to the net and at the cost of a strong cut earned a power play, and we scored.
We finally did it. It is especially nice that we managed to break one of the best penalty killing teams in the League. And again, about character.
Igor Borodinov did not play well at the start of the game, but he did his best and scored a game–winning goal. It is important to have the same mood for the tomorrow's game.
