Igor Fyodorov: «We have taken a lot of penalties in the last two games»

19.09.2025

Reaktor Head Coach Igor Fyodorov speaks with the media after a following 5–0 win over Snezhnye Barsy.

– We have taken a lot of penalties in the last two games. I think we will have a serious talk about this. After all, it is easy to injure your opponent. I understand the boys are young, want to win and emotions are running high. But we have to respect your opponent.

– Did you feel any difference between yesterday's game and today's?
– I do not think so. The score does not reflect the game. The two teams fought and battled. But it looks like we were a little lucky. The gues team had a lot of goal–scoring, but Rukhlyadev did a good job and kept us in the game. Moreover, we took another five–minute penalty. It could have turned the game around.

– Joey–Christophe Muissu made a big contribution to the victory. Can we say that the team has a leader now?
– He has something that a leader should. In order to achieve that, you have to keep working hard and keep your head up. If you are given a chance, you have to take it.
