Director of HC Neftekhimik Igor Larionov commented on the making playoffs.
– In a few days, we will play in the long-awaited playoffs. In the ¼ finals of the Eastern Conference, Neftekhimik will play against Traktor from Chelyabinsk.Making playoffs is our common success and achievement. In this regard, I would like to express my deep gratitude to the management of PJSC «Nizhnekamskneftekhim» and PJSC «SIBUR» for their support and help, for creating comfortable conditions of practices and games.
I would like to thank to the coaching staff of Oleg Leontyev, our hockey players who honorably completed the task of making playoffs. Sure, it was not easy but we have many tasks ahead. During the championship we had ups and downs. The most important thing is that our team is close-knit one. The team proved it during road games to the Far East and Siberia, right before the New Year. It was a key moment for our team in making playoffs.
I would like to express my gratitude to our devoted fans, with whom we share this success. Thank you for always being with us in difficult and joyful times. I hope and count on your support in the playoff games.
