- Quarantine is a difficult thing. It changed all scheduled stuff. I hope this will not happen again. What did I do during the quarantine? Firstly, I studied English with a tutor, and I made my dream come true - I finally bought a LEGO. I played computer games and LEGO.
In terms of preparation for the season it was hard, because gyms were closed, that is why I did a lot of exercies at home. Everything was done according to recommendations of our Strength and Conditioning Coach Valery Balabanov.
By the way, the training camp in Nizhnekamsk started well. Everyone feels fine. We have on and off the ice practice. We really missed to play hockey. We should always be on the move!
