Neftekhimik forward Ivan Nikolishin speaks with the media after a following 1–0 win over Salavat Yulaev.
– It was a good and tense game against a direct competitor for the playoff spot. Yeah, only one goal was scored. There is a simple explanation for that–the cost of the mistake was high.
– Did the score reflect the game plan?
– I do not think so. Both our team and the opposing team had goal–scoring chances. I would like to mentionsd the goalies they played great. At the same time, we tried to help Dolganov with blocking the shots.
– What do we need to do to extend the winning streak?
– We need to go into the game as a united team and fight for 100 percent.

– Everything is going well! The guys have welcomed me well, and the coaches have explained well what they want from me.
