JHL team Reaktor have visited Lyceum No. 3
19.12.2025

The whole vent began with a question-and-answer session for the students.
The kids responded enthusiastically, as the prize at stake was a tour of Neftekhim Arena before the upcoming JHL game. It was especially touching to see young fans who regularly attend Reaktor games among the fans. After that, Reaktor players took the stage – forward and team captain Makar Kurbatov and forward Danil Shishkin. The players shared how they came to the sport.

Makar Kurbatov:
– I was four years old. I went to the ice rink, where there were a lot of kids my age. I skated for an hour, and later, in the evening, my dad asked me if I wanted to try hockey. I immediately said yes.
Danil Shishkin:
– My story is somewhat similar. I was three years old, and my parents took me to the hockey rink. I tried skating and really enjoyed it. That's when I realized I should give this sport a try.
The program continued with an educational cartoon about the rules of the game and the roles of hockey players. And then the team mascot, the Wolf, burst into the hall! The students greeted him with thunderous applause, and the Wolf himself, like a true student, spent the rest of the event having fun in Kamchatka!

It was time for the students to get acquainted with the hockey equipment. The equipment was brought out one by one, and the kids tried to guess its name: they got the hang of the chest pads right away, but the elbow pads presented a challenge! Shamil, a lyceum student, took to the stage and tried on the uniform, getting into the role of a real hockey player.
The festive atmosphere was enhanced by a performance by the dance group – their energetic routines added a dash of energy to the event. An unexpected surprise was the performance of one of the lyceum students, who seemed to dance just as well as our cheerleaders!

Then the students asked our players questions. There were so many questions—their interest spoke volumes about their passion. At the end of the JHL Hockey Lesson, the team captain presented the Lyceum's director, Nadezhda Germanovna Shandrenkova, with an exclusive Reaktor jersey autographed by all the players. Each student also received a souvenir–a book on ABCs of Hockey and invitations to Reaktor's upcoming matches against JHC Molot.

This day was a true celebration of sport and inspiration. There's no doubt: "Hockey Lesson" provided the participants with unforgettable emotions.
