Kirill Urakov: «It was a hard–battled game»

Neftekhimik forward Kirill Urakov speaks with the media after a following 2–3 loss against Traktor.
– What happened in the third period?
– It is hard to say. There were unexpected throws from the goal, which unexpectedly slipped between the sticks and skates, because of which the puck went into the goal.
– Did the penalties also affect the game?
– Overall we played well. We scored at even strength and on the power play. Our pk unit did a good job.
– Traktor became the leader of the Eastern Conference.
– All the teams are approximately equal, we are equally prepared for everyone, because it is important to get points. Even though it is the beginning of the championship, these points can have an effect later. No one is underprepared for the opponent. Everyone is playing with maximum dedication.
– Your team started well. How did you do it?
– In the previous two seasons, the team lost in the first games. Everyone knows, everyone understands that you cannot start like that. Because later on, those points scored were not enough. So the start was more than important.
– Was the goal to get the maximum points in September?
– We need to win every game, play your hockey.
