Kirill Vorobyov:«We did not take advantage of our chances»

Neftekhimik captain Kirill Vorobyov speaks with the media after a following 4–3 shootout win against Salavat Yulaev.

– It was a hard game. We did not play from the very beginning. I think that we did not make a lot of mistakes. We did not take advantage of our chances, and the opponent punished us for mistakes. After the second period, we talked in the locker room and tied the game up.

– Yesterday the team had a meeting and decided that you are captain of the team. How does it feel?

– It is pleasure that the team decided to name me the captain of the team; it is a special moment for me. I appreciate their trust. We also talked that everyone should try to be a leader.
