Neftekhimik defenseman Luka Profaca speaks with the media after a following 3–2 win over Barys.
– It was a good game. We played well. At the end of the third they got a momentum, we need to work on that – play 60 minutes.
– What can you say about the goal you scored?
– My teammates helped me. They made a great play. Both guys have vision. It was very selfless of them to share the puck insted of head down and shoot.
– In the second period, there was plenty of physical hockey. Do you agree that this fired up your team?
– Yeah, absolutely. I think being physical is a huge part of our game.
– During one of the fights you were smiling. Did not you take it seriously or you just did not want to take part in it?
– It was funny to me. We were up two–nothing, at that time I did not want to give them any momentum. I thought we had everything going our way that period.
– At the end of the third, your team conceded two goals. One of the goals was disallowed. Do you agree that this is some kind of a lesson for your team?
– Yes, absolutely. Like I said earlier, we need to play all 60 minutes. We were leading in the score the whole game. We should not give them any chances late in the game.
