Reaktor player Makar Kurbatov talks with the media after a following 3–1 win over Sputnik.
– We got a win over a strong team. The Almetyevsk team has young and persistent guys. So it is doubly pleasant to win against such an opponent.
– Why Reaktor did not take advantage of goal–scoring chances before the third period?
– We wanted to score for sure. In addition, there was a lot of physical play. After all, it is the Tatarstan derby.
– Sputnik is playing for the second day in a row. Reaktor, on the contrary, rested yesterday. Did it affect the beginning of the game?
– We did not rest! We had a training session, worked on what was missing in the first game. By the way, yesterday we worked on the powerplay, and today we have scored three out of three. So we can say that the training was a success.
