In the 14th minute of the first, Spartak scored first goal of the evening on the power play.

In the second, Spartak doubled its lead. Neftekhimik had goal-scoring chances. Unfortunately, we did not take advantage of it.

Spartak forward Ansel Galimov made it 0–3 early in the third.

Neftekhimik did not give up and Dmitry Sokolov made it 1–3. Later, Pavel Poryadin scored final goal of the game.
