Neftekhimik 2–1 Ak Bars (2-0, 0-0, 0-1)

Neftekhimik scored first goal of the evening. Alexander Dergachyov scored on the power play. Ten minutes later, Nikita Setdikov doubled Neftekhimik’s lead. 

Ak Bars tried to do its best in order to tie the game up. Midway through the third period, Dmitry Yudin made it 2–1. The guest team had a chance to make it 2–2 with a penalty shot. Kirill Semyonov did not take advantage of this opportunity.

At the last minutes of the period, Neftekhimik played well defensively and did not let Ak Bars to make it 2–2.
