Neftekhimik got a win over Traktor 2–1 (OT).
Neftekhimik had a great chacne to make playoffs. The team needed to get only one point.In the first, Neftekhimik had three power play chances. Unfortunately, Traktor scored a shorthanded goal.
In the second period, Neftekhimik forward Andrei Belozyorov tied the game up on the power play.
Both teams hit the bar in the third. So, the game went into overtime.
In overtime, it seemed that Traktor scored a game–winning goal, but it was disallowed due to offside. After that, Neftekhimik defenseman Artyom Serikov got the puck after great set up from Nikolishin and scored a game–winning goal.
