Neftekhimik got a win over Barys 3–2.
In the first period, Neftekhimik scored first goal of the game on the power play. Luka Profaca helped his team to grab a one–goal lead.At the start of the second period, there was quite physical game resulting in penalties.
In the third period, Neftekhimik being shorthanded, earned a penalty shot. Andrei Belozyorov scored a tying the record goal of 24 goals scored in a single season (Neftekhimik players), previously held by Maxim Pestushko and Richard Gynge. Eight minutes before the end of the period, Barys scored its second of the night. Later, Bulat Shafigullin scored an empty net goal. After that, the guest team scored its second, but this goal was disallowed by referee's desicion.
