Neftekhimik 3–4 (SO) Kunlun RS (0-0, 2-1, 1-2, 0-0, 0-1)

Neftekhimik had a little advantage in the first period. In the second period, Danila Popov scored first goal of the evening. After that, Neftekhimik doubled its advantage, when Andrei Belozyorov scored on the 5-on-3 power play

Kunlun RS made it 2–1 five seconds before the second intermission. Fourteen minutes before the end of the third period, Kunlun RS defenseman Ryan Merkley tied the game up. Later, Kunlun RS scored another one goal and made it 2–3.

Neftekhimik tried to save the game – goaltender Filipp Dolganov went to the bench for an extra-player. When three seconds left to play, Alexander Dergachyov scored a game-saving goal.

In overtime, both teams did not concede any goals. In shootout series, Neftekhimik changed its goalie – Dmitry Nikolayev took his place in the net. Unfortunately, we were not lucky enough to get a win.
