Neftekhimik got a win over Barys 4–2.

For Ilya Khokhlov it was a first game as a part of Neftekhimik organization. Ilya scored 2 poitns (1G and 1A).

Neftekhimik took an early lead at the second minute of the game after Ansel Galimov's quick goal. In the second period, Maxim Goncharov and Ilya Khokhlov made it 3–0. Midway through the second period, Barys scored 1 goal.

In the third period, Barys tried to the game up, at the same time Neftekhimik played well defensively. Barys scored its second goal during 6-on-5 hockey at the last minute of the period, but Pavel Poryadin scored an empty net goal after and brought to Neftetkhimik its second victory in a row 4–2.
