Neftekhimik has signed defenseman Artyom Chmykhov (11/28/1997, 189/93, SH:L).
Chmykhov, 27, scored 24 (5+19) points in 200 KHL games.

– Artyom is a trained defenseman who has gone through the entire vertical of HC CSKA. He has good physical attributes, which he uses well: he is tall and physically strong, but at the same time Artom is a fairly agile player who knows how to support an attack.
