Neftekhimik has signed forward Vladislav Barulin (07/09/1997, 181/87, SH:R).
Barulin, 29, scored 80 (38+42) points in 182 KHL games.

– Vladislav was one of the leaders of Khabarovsk Amur for two seasons. He is fast and creative forward with a right grip, who knows how to find and create scoring chances for both himself and his teammates. Vladislav can also play in the center, which will add variability for the coaching staff.
