– It was a good, fast-paced and hard-battled game. There were plenty goal-scoring chances and penalties. It is great that our team did it’s best and won the game.
– Was the task to win this tournament?
– We do not set goals to be champions of the preseason. The main thing for us is to be prepared for the upcoming season, play without injuries and enter the season in a good shape.
– In the end of the third period, Kuptsov did not score an empty net goal, what did you tell to him on the bench?
– About 7 years ago we had a similar situation in Avtomobilist team. One forward did not score an empty-net goal. Our opponent scored after that. Sometime it happens. It is ok. I hope that he will score next time.
– Ak Bars had a lot of penalties but your team did not scored on the power play...
– Our power play top 4 guys did not play today.
