Pavel Poryadin:

– We knew that it is not easy to play against conference leader. We need points, therefore, it was kind of do or die game for us. On the other hand, we knew that after this game we would have days-off due to coronavirus situation. One way or another, it was necessary to win this game. Our team did its best.

– Pavel, in the first games your linemates were Chivilyov and Khairullin. In the last two games you played with Shafigullin. How is it?

– In principle, I played with Shafigullin during our training camp. Of course, we need some time to find chemistry, on the other hand, we play according to the coaching staff’ task, in this way, everything is ok. Yes, Marat plays one way, Bulat plays in a different way. But it is all right, I feel comfortable with them on the ice.

– If we rewind time back when you scored a goal, what was you thinking about on your way to the opponent's net?

– Everything happened so fast. When I got the puck, I thought that there was a penalty on me and I looked at the referee whether he raise his hand. I made a shot and hit the target.

– Pavel, what happened to Leshchenko? He is scoring approximently in every game?

– That’s a good question. Slava (Vyacheslav) works a lot. Maybe he was also angry with himself that the beginning of the season did not work out very well. When you feel that you are succeeding, you feel great. I think he enjoys the game, we support him and help him.
