Playoffs 1st Round, Game 3: Neftekhimik 1–4 Ak Bars 03/05/2023

Neftekhimik lost to Ak Bars 1–4.

Ak Bars took the lead in the first period. Kirill Petrov scored first goal of the game.

Neftekhimik managed to tie the game up in the second period. At the start of the middle stanza, Nikita Yevseyev took the penalty, and Pavel Poryadin scored on the power play with great one-timer. Later, Ilya Safonov scored second Ak Bars goal.

Midway through the third Nikita Dynyak took advantage of mistake in center ice and made it 1-3 with 10 minutes to play. Neftekhimik tried to save the game. As the game went into final five minutes, Tikhomirov left his post in favor of an extra skater. Unfortunately, Alexander Radulov scored an empty-net goal.

Our team will try to do its best in the upcoming home game.
