Reaktor lost to Sputnik 2–3.
Roman Soroka scored first goal of the game 63 seconds after an opening faceoff. It seemed a high-scoring exchange of goals was about to begin, but the first period ended with the Nizhnekamsk team leading by a slim margin.The fans saw the next goal only almost 30 minutes later, when Almetyevsk managed to tie the game. The teams went into the second intermission tied.
The final period proved to be the most productive. Sputnik initially took the lead, but Soroka's second goal of the game tied the scores again. The lead lasted until the 59th minute, when Almetyevsk scored the decisive goal on a power play.
Reaktor's final standings will be determined this evening after all games are completed.
