Oleg Leontyev, the head coach of HC Neftekhimik:

– I would like to congratulate the team and our fans on this victory! It was an important game. It was obvious that it is not easy to play so much games in a row but the team did its best and played according to the coaching staff’ task. The guys did a great job, especially at the last minutes, they blocked tons of shots. It’s a great team effort and win. Admiral 3 on 5 power play was a key moment of the game. Despite the fact that we conceded one goal tied the game up and scored two more goals.

– Did you change anything during second intermission?

– We made some adjustments in our lineup but we got a lead and played with 4 lines.

 Tambijevs Leonids, the head coach of HC Admiral:

– We played well from time to time. We conceded second goal due to an individual mistake. It was not easy for the guys mentaly after this conceded goal. In the third period, we did not have much goal-scoring chances. Our guys tried to do their best.
