– It was a great game, we had a great start – our team took the lead 4–1. After that, we lost our focus on the game and got penalties. We should have played smarter. As it says better luck next time.

– What can you say about today atmosphere at the Arena?

– The atmosphere was, as always, great, thanks to the fans.

– Almost all team leaders scored. Is it good?

– It is good when the team wins gets 2 points. When top players score, it gives them confidence.

– Neftekhimik had a comfortable advantage 4–1. Why the team did not get a win?

– It was first game of the season; all teams have good physical condition. You need to stay focused on the game.

– I would like to congratulate the city, our entire country, all of our fans on the start of the season.

Nizhnekamsk started well. We had some problems – we did not score on the power play, we were not ready. Fortunately, we found our way to win. The guys did a good job!
