Oleg Leontyev, the head coach of HC Neftekhimik:

– We played against leader and there was no need for additional motivation. We were ready. Pasha (Pavel) Poryadin scored a great goal. As usual, the team did a great job in blocking shots. Alexander Sudnitsin played well. This attitude to the game was a key to our success. I would like to congratulate our team and fans on a victory! It's always nice to see and hear the way our fans support us! We play for the fans and we are very grateful that they come, cheer, and support our team.

Anvar Gatiyatulin, the head coach of HC Traktor:

–  We knew Neftekhimik strengths. We were preparing, unfortunately, we did not complete our task for the game. The opponent punished us for our mistakes. We will analyze it.
