Semyon Kizimov: «Our team tried to do its best»

Neftekhimik forward Semyon Kizimov speaks with the media after a following 3–2 win against Spartak.

– We scored quick goals. At the beginning of the third period, we lost our focus on the game and let them tied the game up. After that, we had to do everything from the very beginning. Our team tried to do its best, the guys blocked the shots, and God rewarded us – we won this game.

– Congratulations on your debut and your first goal! Do you like Neftekhim Arena?

– To be honest, I did not expect such a huge number of fans. Where I used to play, there are not too many people visit hockey games. Therefore, I was surprised. It was cool.

– Was it hard when they tied the game up?

– There was no panic. Sure, they wanted to win too and even managed make it 2–2. I think that we wanted more. Therefore, we won.
