– What impressions do you have after this game?– Feels great – it is always great to win.
– What would you say about the game?
– I think we played well. The pace was high, tons of back‑and‑forth, and every guy wanted to make his mark. You could feel the emotion on both benches. At the end of the day, we played solid hockey and came out on top. I think the boys liked this game.
– Was there a key moment for you?
– Honestly, I would not point to one single moment. More like we stayed with it as a group and got the job done – that's what counts.
– What about the goal that the team conceded just before the intermission?
– No big deal. We shook it off and answered right away. That shows character. Obviously they're a tough opponent, but we found ways to grind it out – and that's great.
