Timothy Lovell: «It was great to have a full house tonight»

Neftekhimik defenseman Timothy Lovell speaks with the media after a following 3–1 win over Avtomobilsit.
– Timothy, how would you rate this game, and what did you think of the atmosphere in the stands?– The atmosphere was great, obviously. It was great to have a full house tonight. My first game was on Tuesday – the atmosphere was great – but tonight it was even better because it is Friday. We played against a really good team. They came out hard, their forecheck was heavy, and they are just a really skilled team with good players.
– Even though they had a good forecheck, how did we manage to score?
– I just think we simplified. The guys and I tried to be on the same page. I am trying to adapt and get used to the way our team plays. I think when everybody’s on the same page, like tonight, it’s pretty easy to make plays and follow the game plan.
– Can we say the team has found the right chemistry to perform at a higher level?
– Honestly, we have got a good team here. We have skill, and we work hard. Without working hard, you canтще get anything done. When you work hard, you’re going to get opportunities, so you showcase yourself, show your ability to make plays, and show your skill – it is great. There’s a family environment here. I feel very welcome as part of the team now, and I am just looking forward to winning.
