Reaktor player Timur Makarov speaks with the media after a following 2–1 win over Tolpar.
– The main goal was achieved – we won. Overall, we played well, although we failed a little bit in the second period. Nevertheless, we quickly recovered and played in the right way. Rukhlyadev (goaltender) is a good guy, he kept us in the game.– What are your thoughts about preseason hockey?
– I think the preseason is very different from the regular championship. In the summer, we put a lot of emphasis on physicality. In the regular season, it will be easier in this regard, but now we need to be patient and move forward.
– Compared to the first period, the second was not that good.
– I think we lost focus on the game, completely gave the initiative to the opponent. I repeat, despite all the difficulties we faced, we quickly recovered and won.
