– Of course, we should not start like that. We gave our opponent such an advantage from the start of the game. You could say that they rested more. But in any case, we must be ready for the game. The opponent quickly runs to the attack, has good posession of the puck. Probably, we were not quite ready for this– Maybe we did not have enough emotions to start? We left too many of them in St. Petersburg.

– What did change the pace of the game?
– The second period was good on our part. We attacked a lot, created a lot of chances. It was clear that we were increasing our pace, the puck was getting closer and closer. There were a lot of chances to score.
– Was there some kind of devastation, hopelessness when the score was 4:1?
– No, of course not. We played until the last second. We had a power play, we needed to score, then use other moments. There was enough time to tie the score. We did everything we could, thanks to which we tied the score
– Today we made a comeback, but we did not win in overtime. There was a great desire to win, and that's why it was so patchy in overtime.
– Yes, I made a little mistake in overtime, I took a penalty. I should not have done that. Maybe it was because of emotions. Maybe there was even an excess of them somewhere.
