Yevgeny Kashnikov talks with the media after a following 4–3 win against Avtomobilist.

– We started the game well. We took a lead. We had great chances on the power play, but we conceded goal during our pk: there was an unlucky rebound.

– How did your fight with Patrice Cormier start?

– The puck was dumped into our zone. I made a clean hit against their guy. Cormier immediately skated to me and asked for a «talk». Well, I accepted the fight. I think I did well.

– What was the key thing for Neftekhimik to get a win today?

– We played well defensively. The only man who makes no mistakes is the man who never does anything. We had goal–scoring chances and took advantage of it. We scored good goals, and in the end, we played well in our D-zone. We blocked the shots and Emil played well. Everyone did a good job!
