Alexander Kolymayev: «The whole team did a great job»
10.10.2026
Reaktor goaltender Alexander Kolymayev speaks with the media after a following 2–1 win over Snezhnye Barsy.
– Alexander, it was a tough game today.– In yesterday's game, we managed to control the play a bit more and spent a lot of time in the opponent's zone. Today, we faced more sustained pressure in our own zone, and there were some silly penalties. It was physically demanding, too, since we were playing two games back–to–back. But overall, the guys did a great job – we scored at the right moments.
– You were named the best player today. Does that show of confidence from the team motivate you to train and play even better?
– Yes, it definitely motivates me. It boosts your confidence. You realize the team believes in you and sees your hard work. The whole team did a great job; everyone fought hard and gave it their all. Everyone was outstanding.
– What was the atmosphere like in the locker room yesterday after such a frustrating loss? How did the guys help each other get ready for today's game?
– This morning, the whole team had a talk without the coaches. We discussed a few details. But what happened yesterday is in the past. We move on.
