Neftekhimik lost to Amur 2–3.
We should mention that before this game it was not clear, if Neftekhimik forward Andrei Belozyorov was going to play today. Andrei was not ready and joined Neftekhimik coaching staff on the bench. Moreover, our team had one more change – Neftekhimk defenseman Joseph Duszak played as RW in the third line, despite the fact, that previously he played as D.We had a tough start in the first. Neftekhimik took three penalties. Nonetheless, the team had great chances to score a goal. After a great pass from Nikita Artamonov, Evgeny Mityakin opened the scoring. At the same time, Neftekhimik goaltender Filipp Dolganov kept his team in the game.
One minute after starting faceoff of the second, Amur scored a power play goal. Later, the home team took a one–goal lead.
In the third, Amur scored its third goal and got pretty comfortable advantage. Three minutes before the end of the final period, Neftekhimik changed its goaltender for an extra player and Matvei Zaseda cut Amur's lead. Unfortunately, after that, we did not manage to tie the game up.
