   10/13/2026                  vs Avto                       ⏰4:30 pm

Avto did not start the current season with a disaster like the last one, though they are far from the top of the standings so far. After 10 games, Avto sits in just 8th place in the Eastern Conference's Gold Division, tied with our team in games played and points.

Their playing style remains unchanged. The club has extended the contracts of head coach Filipp Metlyuk and his assistants. Sergei Stupin continues to work with the defensemen, while Alexander Pasynkov handles the goaltenders. Starting this season, former "Avtomobilist" player Ilya Krikunov is in charge of the power play and working with the forwards.

Avto roster has not seen a major influx of younger players. Starting goaltender Sergei Sokolkin remains with the team; he played 62 games in the 2025–26 season, including the entire playoff run as the number one goalie. As in the previous season, forwards Dmitry Isaev (14 points: 5 goals, 9 assists) and Lavr Gashilov (12 points: 1 goal, 11 assists) are leading the way. Among the defensemen, Dmitry Tokmakov stands out for his offensive contribution, having tallied 9 points (6 goals, 3 assists).
