Evgeny Mityakin: «We take home three points from this trip»

Evgeny Mityakin speaks with the media after a following 2–1 overtime loss against Avangard.

– It was a tough game. It is good that we got one point. Somewhere we could win, but it was a tough road trip. We take home three points from this trip.

– Could you comment on your goal?

– We had a good shift. I got a great saucer pass from Pavel Poryadin I just had to shoot the net.

– In the second period, we spent a lot of time on attack, but only twice hit the target.

– Avangard played well defensively, but we had to find loopholes. We need to shoot more.

– What we need to do with our power play?

– We need to play simple. I think we had a good chance 5-on-4, we could have scored... We work on it. In the upcoming three home games, I hope that we will do our best on the power play.

– Goaltenders do their best and keep us in the game. Alexander played well. He made big saves.
