Neftekhimik got a win over Ak Bars 2–1.
Neftekhimik wasted no time – just minutes into the opening frame, we had back‑to‑back man‑advantages and made the second one count. Yevgeny Mityakin lit the lamp, with Maxim Fedotov and Andrei Belozyorov earning the assists. This great give‑and‑go right in front of the net was a thing of beauty.
Later, Rafael Bikmullin was close to make it 2–0, but Ak Bars goaltender Aleksandr Stolpechenkov made a good save.
Fifteen seconds before the end of the second – the home team tied the game up.
Both teams had great chacnes to get a lead, but couldn’t beat the goaltenders on 1–on–0 rush and 2–on–0 breakaway.
