Neftekhimik player German Tochilkin speaks with the media after a following 4–3 win over SKA.
– It was a good and decent game. Through such games we grow, become closer as a team. Today, everyone tried to do their best. Thanks to this, we achieved a positive result.– The second scored goal into the SKA's net was scored thanks to you: you caught the opponent making a mistake and made a no–look pass to Seleznyov.
– I cannot help but mention our entire attacking line. We discussed all our actions in advance. Thank God, I managed to catch the SKA defenseman making a mistake and made a pass to Seleznyov. I will mention Grigory, he did a great job of opening up in time. I knew where he was, so I cannot say that I made a no–look pass.
– The third period passed in one breath. Both you and your opponent had moments. How hard is it to keep your head cool during such a period?
– Yes, the third twenty minutes were tough. We need to learn to control our emotions and play for the result. We must play more simply and reliably. Only in this case can we achieve success.
