Good start for Neftekhimik

Astana greeted us with rain, which did not stop on the day of the game. Cloudy weather did not affect the mood of the "wolves". The mood and focus on the game were key things during morning and pregame warm–ups.
The guys, probably, were a little nervous. No matter how you look at it, it was the first game of the season and it is quite important to start with the victory. The game began with Barys attacks, which this offseason signed a number of experienced players: Burdasov, Zhafyarov, Antipin. Barys imports played well.Neftekhimik forward Dergachyov and his teammates almost scored a goal against the opponent. In general, in the first, the guests had more goal–scoring chances. Neftekhimik blocked a lot of shots and did not let Barys to double its advantage.
In the second, Barys opened the scoring. During a TV interview, Alexander Dergachyov was calm. The captain of the pack noted that there was a whole period ahead, and there was time to change the pace of the game.
Neftekhimik had good scoring chacnes. For instance, after a long pass from Joey-Christophe Muissu, German Tochilkin was on a breakaway. Ten minutes before the end of the third, Vladimir Bryukvin tied the game up.
After a regular time, the game wen into overtime. Jean-Sebastien Dea scored a game–winning goal and was invited for an interview as an overtime hero.
