– Before the start of the game, Alexander Sokolov took a symbolic faceoff; we could not lose. Speaking about the game, it was a hard–battled game. We had a lot of good chances to score goals, but we only scored two. We need to do something about our goal–scoring rate.– You said earlier that you prefer to win by a smaller margin. Were you satisfied with today's result?
– Of course! But today's game could have gone either way. I can't help but mention Rukhlyadev, as his contribution to the victory was enormous.
– And what about the performance of the defensemen?
– I'll say this: I liked the game. The guys played well throughout the entire game. However, the tension lingered for a long time in the third period. But we were able to hold on to the lead and earn two important points. Finally, I would like to highlight Ivan Vasiliev's debut. There's more to come!
