Igor Fyodorov: «We needed to control the puck»

Reaktor Head Coach Igor Fyodorov speaks with the media after a following 5–2 win over Sputnik.
– It is clear that we have not played for a long time and have lost our game rythm, but not to such an extent! After the quick goal, we could not hold the puck at all, and we didn't shoot much.
In the second period, we achieved a sufficient advantage in the score, which allowed us to think about improving the quality of the game in the third period.
We needed to control the puck in the opponent's zone and at the same time not allow a counterattack. Unfortunately, we failed to cope with this task and came up with a nervous ending for ourselves. But every cloud has a silver lining.
The goal by our goalie Semyon Lyubalin was the highlight of the game, a special moment that will surely remain in everyone's memory and will be noted by the JHL. In the previous match, Semyon made an assist. So now he is not only our goalie, but also a scorer.
In the locker room, I praised the team for continuing our winning streak, but we all understand that on the road we need to play with more responsibility and enthusiasm. Congratulations to everyone on the Victory!
