– It was a good game, but there was a senseless penalty in the offensive zone, plus we conceded a shorthanded goal. It was clear from the first period that the team wasn't going to do their best. Two days in, the guys had been told not to spare ourselves or the opponent. We lost the first period, and it's good the goaltender kept us in the game; we had three 1 on 0 breakaways. We played well in the second and third periods, but our penalty that we took in the offensive zone decided everything.
