Igor Fyodorov: «We scored on the power play»

– There was movement at the very beginning, we scored on the power play, got the second power play opportunity, had great goal–scoring chances, and then did not follow game plan. And literally in everything. In the second period there were no shots at all. In the locker room we said the right words that we would not give up, but in reality the opposite happened. Even with two ricochets from our players, the puck flew into our goal. In the third period, we did not take advantage of two one-on-one chances. We needed at least a goal at the end, but Muissu did not score. We did not have enough character to change the course of the game.
This is a sign to all of us: in two away games we conceded 14 goals – it means that a lot needs to be changed to return to the winning streak that we had in the best games of November and early December.
