– Yesterday, we pointed out to the guys exactly where we fell short. A big reason for the loss was a foolish penalty – though we saw similar penalties late in today’s game too; that is just what happens with young players. Today, we came out with a different mindset. Yesterday we played to win; today, we played as if we were ready to die for the victory.– At first, things today were unfolding just like yesterday. Were you worried the previous game's scenario might repeat itself?
– When you are not scoring and the lead is only 1–0, naturally, it is a bit nerve-wracking.
– How would you assess the outcome of this mini-series against the Snezhnye Barsy?
– They were tough games. Snezhnye Barsy played well. They fought hard and so did we; yesterday luck was on their side, but today it was on ours.
