Ilnar Misbakhov: «We had chances to win both games»
15.10.2026
Reaktor Head Coach Ilnar Misbakhov speaks with the media after a following 1–2 loss against Belye Medvedi.
– We started the game looking a bit wary of our opponent. One of our defensemen made a mistake that led to a goal against us. However, the guys pulled themselves together, started playing hard, throwing their bodies on the line, and giving their all. We began to get the upper hand and create scoring chances – though we need to actually convert those opportunities. A foolish penalty cost us, and then a player failed to block a shot, which resulted in another goal.Overall, though, I am happy with the team. Our goaltender, Alexander Kolymayev, also did a great job – he really kept us in the game.
– What are your thoughts on the road trip?
– We had chances to win both games, but I suppose we have not earned that yet. Still, I am pleased with the team. The guys played hard, put in the work, gave everything they had, and fought for one another.
