– We couldn't get the guys going; the team came out disorganized, which is why we had such a poor start—there were a lot of counterattacks, a lot of chances against us. Thanks to Rukhlyadev for keeping us in the game. When you go out disorganized, it's hard to get going. Not all top players can get organized.Well done, guys, for coming back. And in overtime, we almost needed some proper defensive play.
That we pulled the game out is a positive. We played with character and scored on the power play. Of course, we should have scored earlier; there were a lot of chances we didn't capitalize on. But it's all about focus—you have to go into the game fully charged. Then the hockey gods give you luck, good fortune, and victory.
