Reaktor Head Coach Ilnar Misbakhov speaks with the media after a following 4–0 win over Tolpar.
– Yesterday and today's games were different. We made a lot of changes to the lineup – we had some guys on tryouts. The stupid penalties spoiled our game a bit, but overall, it was a win.– Why did your team got the high number of penalty minutes?
– It was mostly young players who were penalized. It's like children's hockey: all sorts of hooks, unnecessary and incomprehensible pushes. It's all about emotion.
– What was the key to today'swin?
– We scored goals at the right time. Berezin played well shorthanded and scored.
– Honestly, did you like the team's performance?
– Honestly? No. Largely because of the stupid penalties. Punishment for those who were penalized? They'll get some run time and some extra work.
– What can you say overall about the past two games?
– The chemistry betwen players is getting better and better, and we're starting to understand who plays best with whom. Over these two games, we saw who plays defense and how, who's effective on the power play, and who's effective at even strength. Everyone got a chance to shine. We'll draw some conclusions.
