Mikhail Andreyev: «We will fix that»
09.10.2026
Reaktor captain Mikhail Andreyev speaks with the media after a following 2–7 loss against Snezhnye Barsy.
– Mikhail, you started the game well – scored first and took the lead. What happened next?– Then came the foolish penalties. Three penalties – and we conceded three goals. It is hard to mount a comeback when the opponent has a three-goal advantage.
– Toward the end, as the pucks started flying into our net one after another, the guys seemed a bit rattled or emotionally deflated.
– That might have been the case, but it is something we need to stamp out. We will fix that.
– What was the reason for so many penalties in the third period?
– Discipline let us down. We wanted to gain possession of the puck, but we only managed to do so by breaking the rules.
– How will you prepare for tomorrow’s game?
– Nothing special. We will not dwell on this. A new day brings new opportunities. Tomorrow will be a completely different game.
